Was trying to find a new ignition for my Royal Electric cart and called a dealer that I found off the Royal EV site. I did not even leave a message but I got a call back from the owner the same day over the weekend. I explained what my issue was and he said no problem I will take care of it for you. Eric has multiple shops and is 100% about Customer service. He personally delivered the key to me as he knew he would be in my area. Great guy and I would highly recommend.
